project management. Based on a "best practice" approach we introduce you to the project management toolbox, and you will work 'hands-on' with techniques like visual planning. 
The course will strengthen your ability to manage and participate in projects in a professional and powerful way, and you will be able to implement lessons learnt directly in your daily project work.

The course is suitable for both project managers and project participants.

Prior to the course, you will receive the training book 'Project Coordination', in order to enhance your benefit from the practical training.
